Public Tender posted by Johnson Controls Canada L.P. (JCCLP) seeking a certified and reputable Roads & Grounds Maintenance Services company to perform grounds maintenance and management services as required at the Thunder Bay Courthouse (TBC) property, located at 125 N Brodie Street, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, P7C 0A3. The TBC has functioned as the primary courthouse and justice building for the Ministry of the Attorney General in Ontario since February 2014. Notes: 1. Contract Duration shall be from October 1, 2019, through March 31, 2024, renewed annually on April 1st (first day of fiscal year). 2. Scope of work is as per attached documents. 3. Bid Bond & Performance Bond are required. Tenders submitted without required bonds will be disqualified. 4. Contractors shall be required to attend a mandatory site visit in order to qualify their bids. 5. Registration on the Bids and Tenders website shall be completed by all contractors and/or bidders wishing to submit a tender for bidding opportunities posted by Johnson Controls Canada L.P. 6.
