Notes:

1.  Contract Duration shall be from June 1, 2024, through March 31, 2029, renewed annually on April 1st (first day of fiscal year).

2.  Scope of work is as per attached documents.

3. Pricing to be provided on your company approved letterhead with appropriate signing authority signatures. Provide total cost for the Contract Duration period from June 1, 2024, through March 31, 2029 broken down into monthly costs for each month.

4.  Contractors shall be required to attend a mandatory site visit in order to qualify their bids.

5.  Registration on the Bids and Tenders website shall be completed by all contractors and/or bidders wishing to submit a tender for bidding opportunities posted by Johnson Controls Canada L.P.
